Responsibilities

  • Recruit eligible families, enroll them, and maintain full enrollment and waiting lists.
  • Conduct family home visits and plan family engagement activities focused on school readiness and literacy.
  • Document attendance, referrals, and follow-up; coordinate with teaching teams.
  • Serve as a frequent teaching team substitute and support parent meetings/curriculum.
  • Connect families with asset-building resources and plan parent engagement events.
