Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for our Rolling Meadows, IL location. This is a full-time role at 0.9 FTE, with easy access through our Epic EMR and integrated health system.

You will join a physician-led group within a nationally recognized organization, focused on inclusive care and career growth, with comprehensive benefits and generous compensation.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
• Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
• Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association.
