This role offers easy patient access via our network and Epic EMR integration, with a strong focus on equitable care and a supportive, physician-led team. Pay ranges from $222,369 to $356,709, commensurate with experience and credentials, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in Illinois
• Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Graduate of accredited medical school
• CPR certification or ACLS/ATLS/PALS through American Heart Association
