Hope Center Ministries is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to partner with other coordinators to vet prospective residents, schedule admissions, and ensure timely reporting. The role involves sharing the gospel with prospective residents, families, and community members while facilitating spiritual services as opportunities arise.

The position requires coordinating with attorneys and court officials, managing sponsorships, and meeting monthly admissions quotas.

Qualifications

• Clerical: knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task across admissions tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fill out Initial Contact Forms on prospective residents.
• Communicate with attorneys, court clerks, bondsmen and probation officers to assess admission viability.
• Conduct phone interviews with potential residents and other parties as needed.
• Ensure resident fees and sponsorship agreements are in place before admission.
• Arrange admission dates and coordinate with center staff.
• Send reports (admission approvals, monthly legal reports, dismissal reports) to appropriate parties.
