Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a helping profession required.
• Some experience in substance use treatment counseling/mental health preferred.
• Licensure or certification preferred (CAP/MCAP/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Must obtain Florida Department of Corrections clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to review substance use history and treatment.
• Evaluate treatment response and adjust plans; manage caseload and goals.
• Provide group and individual counseling to support relapse prevention and recovery.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with referrals.
