Job summary

Peak Point is seeking an Event Promotions Representative to engage with the public at community events, retail locations, and approved outreach sites.

You will start conversations, share information about nonprofit campaigns, encourage participation, and help teams meet daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

This full-time role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities for growth while representing causes that make a meaningful local impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations.
• Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Encourage participation and support for fundraising campaigns.
• Help create a positive experience for community members and event attendees.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed.
• Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing nonprofit partners.
