Peak Point is seeking an Event Promotions Representative to represent nonprofit campaigns at community events, retail locations, and outreach sites. You will engage the public, explain programs, and motivate participation in campaigns in a face-to-face setting.

This in-person role emphasizes teamwork, goal achievement, and providing a positive attendee experience. Paid training and ongoing coaching support growth opportunities within a dynamic, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations.
• Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Encourage participation and support for fundraising campaigns.
• Help create a positive experience for community members and event attendees.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed.
