Phoenix Union High School District 210 seeks an ESS teacher for Specialized Programs to meet the needs of exceptional learners in dedicated settings. You will provide instruction inside and outside the general education classroom, implementing services under IEPs and coordinating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, nurses, and aides.

You will monitor student progress, advocate for supports, and contribute to CBT, THRIVE, and STRIVE programs while aligning with district policies and federal/state laws.

Formación

• Knowledge of federal, state, and district special education guidelines.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and related documents.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple professionals to deliver services.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and delivers specially designed instruction based on IEPs.
• Collaborates with SLP, OT, PT, nurses, and aides to provide services.
• Monitors student progress and maintains IEP documentation and timelines.
• Leads annual IEP meetings and participates in professional development.
