Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching credential including English learner authorization.
• Experience presenting to multiple education levels.
• Bi-lingual Spanish candidates preferred with 1+ year experience.
• Knowledge of State Standards and subject-specific frameworks.
• Knowledge of child cognitive development and diverse learning styles.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative student data.
• Willingness to reflect and improve instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Educates students by planning and developing course of study.
• Tailors course of study for different ability levels and achievement.
• Develops and presents lessons using varied techniques and media.
• Monitors and evaluates student results with appropriate assignments.
• Align ESL program to build school community and parent engagement in English skills.
• Maintain safe, secure, healthy educational environment.
• Keep attendance and progress records.
• Support school reputation with strong customer service.
• Attend school meetings as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
