Qualifications

• 1 year directly related experience in supporting EH programs such as food safety, water quality, community environmental health, plumbing, etc.
• Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of EH staff meetings and jurisdiction meetings with scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Serve as primary Accela program contact; train users and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee EH supply ordering, inventory management, and procurement adherence.
• Coordinate EHS-Net meetings and project tracking; manage invoicing for the program.
• Support the EH Director with special projects, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across EH sections and related divisions.
