Job summary

The position supports the Records Management department, collaborates with Sr. Designers, and requires an Associate degree with 0–3 years’ design experience. Hybrid work and standard hours apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in graphic design with 0–3 years relevant experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, fine arts, or related discipline.
• Experience with print and digital media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Create and redesign print and digital marketing collateral.
• Develop designs that communicate brand positioning and messaging.
• Produce multiple projects from concept to final production while respecting timelines.
• Design print media, brochures, signage, social posts and templates.
• Ensure branding adherence and coordinate with internal print shop.
• Research stock photography and coordinate with content teams.
• Create accessible tagged PDFs and basic HTML/CSS elements for emails/web.
