The Graphic & Digital Designer at Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency will create visuals for print, web, and social content, including layouts, typography, illustrations, photography, emails, web graphics, UI elements, and digital ads.

This entry level role emphasizes collaboration, brand adherence, and delivering polished design assets within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The hybrid schedule requires two days onsite weekly in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

Associates degree in graphic design and 0–3 years of related experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
Basic HTML/CSS understanding and ability to adapt designs for digital formats.
Basic knowledge of Sketch for digital designs and prototypes.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles and brand adherence.
Experience with print and digital media design and DSLR photography.

Responsibilities

Create or redesign print and digital marketing collateral with strong visual hierarchy.
Develop new designs and concepts aligned with brand standards.
Produce multiple projects from concept to final artwork within deadlines.
Design print media, brochures, signage, social posts and templates.
Coordinate with internal print shop and adhere to budgets and workflows.
Collaborate with content writers to blend copy with design.
Support Sr. Designer and assist with emails or web design elements.
