Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to join our Downtown Orlando team. The role focuses on determining eligibility for housing programs, including Section 8 vouchers, and conducting re-certifications with strong communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in social work or related field and at least two years in case management within social services or government settings; familiarity with public housing processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in social work, psychology, sociology or criminal justice.
• 2+ years of case management background within social services, nonprofit or government.
• Familiarity with public housing process a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility of new applicants for housing programs and Section 8 vouchers.
• Conduct re-certification screenings for existing tenants to determine continued eligibility.
• Refer clients to community social services as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external team members at multiple levels.
