Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite role in Lake Tapps, WA. The position is full-time for the full school year with an elementary caseload and collaboration with teachers and families.

This SLP will conduct evaluations, provide therapy, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in supporting diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington State SLP licensure/certification or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor student progress.
• Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs.
