Job summary

Lillian M. Dunfee Elementary School seeks a Long Term Substitute School Social Worker to support student well-being and assessments. The role requires valid NJ School Social Worker certification and knowledge of special education laws.

Experience with IEP Direct/Frontline IEP is a plus, with strong teamwork and counseling skills. You will liaise with families and staff, complete paperwork promptly per district and state guidelines, and support preschool initiatives where possible.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Educational Services Certificate (School Social Worker).
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education.
• Experience with IEP Direct/Frontline IEP is a plus.
• Ability to complete paperwork in a timely fashion as regulated by district/state.
• Preschool experience preferred.
• Mandatory criminal history background check and P.L. 2018 c. 5 clearance.
