Qualifications

• Two years of college (48 hours) or Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to work cooperatively with students and staff; follow instructions; team oriented; adaptable in diverse settings.
• Prior experience with school-aged children in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional assistance/support for students in assigned classroom(s) as directed by the teacher(s) and building principal.
• Follow daily plans from supervising teachers, make classroom preparations, assist students as directed, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain appropriate classroom management and support learning goals as directed by staff.

Education

Two years of college or Associate's degree

Team oriented, cooperative with students and staff

Experience with school-aged children (preferred)
