Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an experienced education administrator to lead student programs, coordinate clubs, and support campus activities. The role involves managing calendars, supervising clubs and mentors, and collaborating with staff, parents, and community partners.

You will analyze FACE program data, engage with principals and coordinators, organize events, and help implement district and federal initiatives. Strong communication, planning, and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Pre-K-12 teaching/administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master event calendar for school and community use.
• Promote creation and development of new clubs; identify potential club advisors; provide resources/training for advisors.
• Support club advisors for fundraising opportunities.
• Supervise requests of club projects and fundraisers.
• Assist student government, student clubs and sponsors in planning and organizing campus activities.
• Supervise club and program mentors/advisors.
• Support stakeholders to identify, develop, and maintain mentoring programs.
• Organize engagement activities and events for students, parents and staff.
• Encourage and support academic and sport competitions.
• Plan and implement parent programs (home visits, parent activities, parent academy, volunteer programs, trips).
• Create programs to help students through high school and college
• Collaborate with admins, staff, students, and parents to fulfill school mission and goals.
• Analyze FACE programs by providing data to administration and executives.
• Meet with principal and Regional FACE Coordinator to report concerns and solutions.
• Meet with designated persons to evaluate programs regularly.
• Organize programs for student engagement (leadership seminars, character education, community service, personal development).
• Collaborate with Regional FACE Coordinator on activities (transitions, internships, certificates, scholarships, alumni).
• Organize college trips, in/out-of-state trips, camps, Festival of Language and Culture.
• Facilitate and assist with student recognition/award events.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Provide guidance on federal program activities (Campus Need Assessment, Improvement Plan, Parent Involvement, etc.).
• Assist in developing district improvement plan and needs assessment; Federal activities; Surveys.
• Attend training on federal programs.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain minutes; manage federal programs (Title I/II/III, McKinney-Vento, Migrant, Foster Care).
• Assist in developing Parent Family and Engagement Policy.
• Lead and participate in parent events.
