Job summary

Compcare Therapeutics in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services to children from birth to three years old. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based therapies in collaboration with families and healthcare partners.

The role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal hours; a current NJ license or CFY as a Speech Therapist is required; compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure/Certification: Current NJ license or Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to provide Early Intervention services and work collaboratively with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to children with developmental delays and disorders.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support children's communication development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
