Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum with attention to each child’s needs, while creating a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.

You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, support center success with enrollment and accreditation goals, and build strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service and organizational skills to handle multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
