Job summary

Children of America in Texas seeks a School Director to lead early childhood programs, oversee daily operations, and drive school success by developing educators and building strong family relationships.

The role requires a degree in ECE or CDA, 2–4 years of leadership in licensed childcare, and strong communication and organizational skills. Relocation assistance may be available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA, as applicable to state requirements.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with employees and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and industry-specific technology.
• Must meet all applicable state licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable state childcare licensing regulations.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, safety, and overall school performance.
• Partner with regional and senior leadership to achieve school and organizational goals.
