Mosaic is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to translate our mission into powerful, everyday stories. You’ll craft engaging blog content, tailor platform-specific social media copy, oversee video projects, manage online reputation, and analyze data to amplify the voices of the people we empower.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to uncover human-interest stories, maintain editorial calendars, and ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and accessible across LinkedIn,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital content or social media.
• Deep understanding of platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and corporate blogs.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with an authentic tone.
• Strong project management to maintain content calendars and vendor deadlines.
• Data-informed with knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards.
• Passion for advocating for and serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Tell impactf ul stories: Write and edit weekly blog posts and social media copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
• Repurpose & optimize: Package a single story into multi-format assets for specific channels to boost engagement.
• Manage editorial calendars to keep messaging consistent and on deadline.
• Lead video projects: coordinate with video vendors and oversee edits to deliver on-brand videos.
• Protect brand: monitor and respond to local Google Reviews with a compassionate voice.
• Drive engagement through data: apply SEO and analytics to improve content performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with teams to uncover human-interest stories and create collateral.
