Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an energetic engineer to drive continual improvement in a state-of-the-art 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab in Lehi, Utah.

The Device and Process Integration Engineer will lead cross-functional teams, enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements, and own parametric performance while coordinating with multiple engineering groups to meet critical device parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize semiconductor device physics to enable technology through process and parametric improvements.
• Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, DOE, data analysis and simulation.
• Own technology parametric performance and parametric CpK improvements.
• Lead parametric test dispositions including root cause analysis for scrap or outliers.
