Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Social Work is preferred.
• Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire is required, with daily access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess client and family needs of minors placed in care by DCF with permanency as ultimate goal.
• Conduct child safety assessments and develop service plans.
• Coordinate delivery of services and linkages to clients and families.
• Monitor progress and maintain case documentation per CHS standards.
• Prepare reports and testify in court or other bodies regarding permanency plans.
• Attend adoptions-related duties and provide support for reunification efforts.
• Provide on-call support as required.
