Job summary

You will analyze data, collaborate with Marketing, and help implement process improvements while managing day-to-day customer interactions and ensuring high service levels. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in courses pursuing your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, claims, and customer portals is a plus.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills are desirable.
