Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in courses pursuing your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries, claims, and portals; managing sales orders from receipt to delivery; serving as the Customer Service representative in Product Life Cycle activities.
• Maintaining and auditing supply chain data and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility (e.g., Back Order and Back Log).
• Supporting projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
