Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Specialist, Controlled Substances Compliance - Analyst to review flagged direct customer orders, conduct KYC evaluations, and support the Suspicious Order Monitoring Team. The role ensures compliance with DEA reporting requirements and company SOPs, collaborating with Commercial teams for necessary data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with statistical analysis preferred.
• Experience in Controlled Substances Compliance in the private sector or government regulator roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel for pivot tables, charts; Word and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting systems and DEA recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer orders reviewed & dispositioned; coordinate with National Account Directors and Product Managers to gather information.
• Review customer KYC questionnaires for completeness and thoroughness; manage KYC documents.
• Assist SOMT by preparing meeting minutes and notices to DEA of restrictions.
• Audit internal processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Escalate issues and ensure timely handoffs to senior leadership when needed.
