Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinates with project managers and teams to address technical questions and issues.
• Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks productivity, and reports variances for corrective actions.
• Supports QA and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, reports, and records.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements and contributes to leading practices with guidance.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team and stakeholders.
