Qualifications

• Preferred minimum five to seven years' experience in compliance, preferably in a nonprofit.
• Knowledge of legal compliance requirements and controls, including HIPAA and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate compliance activities.
• Review and update Corporate Compliance Handbook.
• Develop and implement Risk Management Plan.
• Audit processes and documents to identify vulnerabilities.
• Ensure proper reporting of compliance violations.
