Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prosecute complex health care fraud and elder abuse complaints within DMFEA, providing legal analysis and guidance on applicable laws and prosecutorial strategy.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, health services departments, and other agencies to facilitate referrals and prosecutions.
• Supervise and guide team members on legal procedures, notifications, and case management within the Complaint Assessment Team.
