Notre Dame Health Care Center, Inc. is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 7a–3:30p availability as Full-Time (32 hours). Located in Worcester, MA, the facility offers excellent staffing ratios and benefits to support compassionate resident care.

Candidates must have MA CNA certification or completed Nurse Aide Program, and be able to work every other weekend and holiday. Prior CNA/PCA/RCA experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have MA CNA certification or completed Nurse Aide Program.
• Available for every other weekend and every other holiday.
• 1-3 years' CNA/PCA/RCA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities under the direction of an RN, including hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy resident care environment.
• Assist with resident care tasks and ADL activities, transport, and mobility devices as needed.
• Assist residents with meals and daily activities; observe changes and report to RN.
• Keep records of personal health care activities.
