Palms Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant to join our team in Williston, FL. The role supports patient care across pediatric and adult populations, maintains EHR documentation, and assists with exams under clinician supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of CMA or RMA certification; credentialing required.
• High School Diploma or higher; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within scope of practice per PMG policies.
• Maintain and document electronic health records with up-to-date information.
• Provide patient education materials as directed by PMG providers.
• Demonstrate professionalism with patients and colleagues.
• Record vitals and assist with examinations as needed.
• Support nurse visits within scope of practice.
• Assist with inventory management and supply restocking.
• Perform administrative duties and participate in QA/QI activities.
