Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a C-focused software engineer to write high-performance code for Libfabric and Open MPI and contribute to open source projects in the EFA stack.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to optimize networking in the cloud, design efficient APIs, and ensure scalability for AI/HPC workloads with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience programming high-performance software in C, ideally as part of an Open Source project.

Responsibilities

• Write the highest-performing code in C for multiple open source projects supporting EFA, such as Libfabric and Open MPI.
• Work with multiple teams in the stack to invent new APIs for the latest concepts in networking in the cloud.
• Provide expert-level support to some of the biggest names in AI in the world.
