Astreya is seeking a mid-level Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build and protect our cloud and virtualized infrastructure. You will implement cloud environments, improve deployments with Terraform and Ansible, and manage Linux and Windows systems in a hands-on, global operations model.

In this Colorado-based role you will craft IAM policies, ensure high availability, and produce runbooks and design docs while aligning with team standards.

Formación

• 5–8 years of hands-on cloud and enterprise infrastructure experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure GCP environments (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM).
• Build and maintain virtualized on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy high-availability mechanisms, failover, clustering and load-balancing.
• Author and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible; contribute to orchestration and configuration management via Puppet, Git, PowerShell.
• Automate routine provisioning and sustainment tasks through Python and Bash scripting.
• Provision and administer infrastructure IAM across operating systems and cloud (Active Directory, Google IAM, RBAC).
• Configure tiered storage and database resources per retention, uptime and auditability requirements.
• Provide runbooks and Technical Design Documentation (TDD); escalate design-level issues to L3 with handover notes.
• Produce and maintain runbooks, configuration records and Technical Design Documentation (TDD)
