Quadrant Health Group seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to join our Palm Beach Shores team in West Palm Beach, FL. The role provides clinical and operational support within a behavioral health and/or substance use treatment setting, assisting with interventions, assessments, crisis management, case management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, human services, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health treatment principles preferred.
• CAC or CAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical and operational support to clients and treatment team.
• Assist with therapeutic interventions, clinical assessments, crisis management, case management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with licensed staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Complete accurate documentation within electronic health records and maintain confidentiality.
