Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field required.
• 1–2 years of experience working with children, families, or at-risk populations.
• Experience with trauma, mental health, substance use, or domestic violence is a plus.
• Familiarity with community resources and services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open to reflective practice and supporting multi-stressed families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits to assess child safety and identify risk concerns.
• Apply critical thinking and a solution-focused approach to address family needs and challenges.
• Provide referrals and link families to community-based resources, such as parenting support and education, short-term in-home assistance, medical care, and other tailored services.
• Promote protective factors and build upon family strengths to reduce risk and enhance functioning.
