Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• State licensing/certification as required by the Illinois DCFS.
• Driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit all required reports, documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Participate in supervisory process for guidance and decision making; present cases for staffing.
• Coordinate with service providers, schools and healthcare facilities to promote child well-being.
• Assess family service needs and connect to community resources.
• Ensure child safety and well-being during service delivery.
• Provide strength-based case management and advocate with institutions.
