Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses allegations and safety risks of referral cases, including intake and assessment.
• Provides crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to families.
• Coordinates client services with county departments and outside agencies; i.e., law enforcement, medical personnel, school staff, and foster care services.
• Designs treatment or service plans and coordinates client services and referrals.
• Documents case information, prepares court materials, and maintains records.
• Maintains timeliness for data entry and reports; ensures attendance.
