Ravenwood Health is seeking a Case Manager/Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist to join our team in delivering person-centered support and collaborative care. You will contribute to multiple programs including Dual Diagnosis, Housing, and MRSS, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning to help clients access essential services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Three years minimum relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to individual clients or groups.
• Problem solve and navigate services with clients and their families.
• Coordinate services with other providers and teams.
• Participate with clinical staff as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• MRSS team members work with a population age range 0-20.
