Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support to clients with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols.
• Document client care and progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
