Qualifications

• Must complete Florida Workforce Professional Certification within 12 months of employment for entry-level.
• Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
• Entry-level staff must have applicable years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management to clients.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing programs.
• Participate in the development of individual employment plans for clients.
• Establish community‑based employment sites.
• Record, analyze, and extract reports of employment processes.
