Job summary

Always United is seeking Canvassers in various districts to support a data-driven voter mobilization program aimed at electing pro-worker candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Canvassers will execute districtwide outreach with hourly pay and report to the Regional Organizing Director over field operations within their assigned district. The role requires engaging voters through door-to-door canvassing, meeting daily targets, and presenting Always United professionally in community

Qualifications

• Preference for prior canvassing experience (paid, internship, or volunteer).
• Available to work minimum 16 hours per week through November 3, 2026.
• Evening and weekend shifts; options vary, full-time availability preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed.
• Understand local voter issues and concerns in the district.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned precincts within the district.
• Hit quantitative goals daily and weekly; work well under pressure.
• Represent Always United professionally in the community; work independently.
• Engage voters with persuasive conversations and capture data from discussions.
• Ability to knock 20–40 doors per hour depending on geography.
