Job summary

Always United LLC Allentown, Pennsylvania is hiring Paid Canvassers to advance pro-worker candidates in congressional districts nationwide. The role is paid hourly, with reporting to the Regional Organizing Director handling field operations.

Canvassers will implement a data-driven voter mobilization program through districtwide direct voter contact efforts, ensuring professional representation in the community and meeting daily/weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Preference for prior canvassing experience (paid, intern, or volunteer).
• Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week through November 3, 2026.
• Evening and weekend shifts; staffing preference for full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned precincts within district hired to canvass.
• Hit 20–40 doors an hour, depending on geography.
• Represent Always United professionally in the community.
• Engage voters with persuasive conversations and capture data from discussions.
