Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop data-driven solutions and reports for leadership. The role focuses on exploring data, performing analyses, and delivering visual storytelling to inform strategic decisions.

The BI Analyst will support executives and stakeholders, maintain data applications, and collaborate with teams to advance Pye-Barker’s initiatives while promoting data literacy across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong data analytics foundation.
• Demonstrated SQL proficiency and data modeling fundamentals.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for business stakeholders (Tableau).
• Ability to translate business questions into data visuals and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop data insights and dashboards for stakeholders using SQL and Tableau.
• Train and support data applications and reports for organization-wide use.
• Collaborate with leadership to align data solutions with strategic goals.
• Maintain and improve internal data processes and workflows for executives.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and timelines.
• Self-motivated and capable of learning new software quickly.
