Job summary
A leading special needs support organization in Kentucky is seeking passionate Support Staff to work full-time with children aged 2-22 with behavioral and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting students, implementing behavior plans, and participating in classroom activities. Experience is preferred but training will be provided. Qualifications
Experience with children with behavioral and developmental disabilities preferred.
Willingness to participate in physical interventions when necessary.
Responsibilities
Work directly with a variety of students to assist with behavior and help them develop skills.
Implement programming and behavior plans to support students.
Assist with classroom daily activities and lessons.
Skills
Ability to assist in lifts and/or physically manage students of varying sizes and weight
