Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in an I/DD setting.
• 2 or more years’ experience working with people with a SIS scale of Level 4 for Autism or Behavioral Issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral and direct support services per accepted standards and regulations.
• Plans and conducts supports according to Person-Centered Plans.
• Documents per BSP guidelines and with DSP collaboration.
• Maintains certification and trainings current.
• Attends team meetings and supports plan updates as needed.

Education

Associates Degree preferred

5 years’ experience in an I/DD setting

2+ years’ experience SIS Level 4 for Autism or Behavioral Issues
