Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Perform data collection, clerical and administrative duties.
• Promote patient safety and monitor milieu for active treatment.
• Intervene during behavioral crises using approved procedures.
• Assist with admission and discharge of patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care accurately.
