Meadows Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to support patient care, safety, and treatment plans under nursing supervision. The role emphasizes observation, communication, and collaboration within the treatment team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, CPI training, and preferably one year of acute inpatient psychiatric care experience. This is a safety-sensitive, drug-free workplace offering growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR / First Aid; Valid State Driver's License if required by State Law and operating a company vehicle.
• CPI training; safety-sensitive environment.
• One-year acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient safety through awareness of the environment of care and in all actions involving patient care.
• Communicates patient safety issues quickly, clearly and effectively.
• Performs ongoing observation of patients and milieu and reports to ensure active treatment.
• Intervenes appropriately with patients experiencing a behavioral crisis using approved interventions.
• Assists in admission and discharge of patients and accompanies them to appointments.
