Job summary

Hopebridge in Louisville South, KY is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support therapy for children with Autism. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistency and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans.
• Support development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness in children.
• Celebrate progress and milestones with children and families.
