Qualifications

• Experience working with children in daycare, childcare, pre-k, or as teachers’ assistants.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to meet rigorous demands of the job including long periods of standing or pushing/pulling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support for children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Encourage positive behaviors and collect data on each child’s progress.
