Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and pass a Tuberculosis test.
- Physical ability to lift and carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
- Work one-on-one with children.
